  • Remote Access & Control: Allows a helper to view or control another user’s screen over the internet using a secure connection.
  • Real-Time Troubleshooting: The helper can diagnose issues, guide the user through steps, or directly fix problems.
  • Secure Sessions: Connections are encrypted and require a 6-digit security code. The user must grant permission before any control is shared.
