✅ RustDesk Setup Guide (Using Our Secure Remote Support Server)

Welcome!
To ensure fast, encrypted connections during support sessions, we use our own private RustDesk server rather than the public relay.
Please follow the steps I’ve included below to set up RustDesk on your device.

📌 Step 1 — Download RustDesk

📌 Step 2 — Install RustDesk

• Open the downloaded file and install it normally.
• Allow necessary permissions (Unattended Access requires admin permission).

✅ We will never request remote access outside a scheduled support session.

🔄 Optional: Enable Unattended Access

(for recurring clients / scheduled maintenance)

Go to:

Settings → Security

• Enable Unattended Access
• Set a custom permanent password
• Ensure permissions for “Remote Control” and “File Transfer” are enabled

✅ You’re All Set!

Once installed, we can:

✔ Provide secure support
✔ Perform maintenance
✔ Troubleshoot anytime
✔ No need to share passwords each time (if unattended mode enabled)
